Introducing InkSigils: Studio Management Built for You

Why we're building a new platform for tattoo and piercing professionals — and what makes it different.

We've spent months studying every studio management tool on the market — Porter, DaySmart Body Art, Venue Ink, TattooClient, Tattoo Studio Pro, Misfit Tattoo, and Linework. We mapped their features side by side. And we kept finding the same gaps.

The Problems We're Solving

Most tools in this space were built as generic appointment schedulers that got retrofitted for the tattoo industry. They miss the workflows that actually matter to artists and studio owners:

  • No real portfolio management — your work is your brand, but existing tools treat it as an afterthought
  • No piercing support — piercers need jewelry inventory, downsize reminders, and healing timelines
  • Fragmented communication — clients message you on Instagram, text, email, and Facebook — but you can't see it all in one place
  • No native client experience — booking widgets feel like an afterthought, not a real app

What We're Building

InkSigils is a complete studio management platform that covers:

  • Scheduling with online booking, walk-in queues, and waitlists
  • Client management with full session history and lead pipeline
  • Portfolio & flash galleries with style tagging and healed photo collection
  • Payments powered by Stripe — deposits, POS, commissions, and tips
  • Digital waivers with e-signatures and encrypted storage
  • Unified communications across SMS, email, Instagram, Facebook, and web chat
  • Piercing workflows with jewelry inventory and downsize reminders

Early Access

We're building in the open and working directly with studios to shape the product. If you want to be part of the early access program, reach out at inksigils@gmail.com.

We'd love to hear what's missing from your current tools — and build it into InkSigils.
